Emma Webb

Emma Webb has competed in 10 Island Games - 9 of them for Basketball and 1 for Table Tennis. Her first Games was the Isle of Man in 2001 and she retired from Basketball after Guernsey 2023 when she won a bronze medal with her team.

Over her Island Games career Emma won 2 gold medals, 1 silver and 4 bronze.

Emma says she feels privileged to have been elected as a GIGA Board member. She's always enjoyed competing in the Island Games and the camaraderie, not only from Team Guernsey, but all the other islands. She says she's made a lot of friends over the years from other islands, many of whom she's still in contact with.

Emma is looking forward to supporting the activities of GIGA and Team Guernsey for the next Island Games.
